In 2023, we proudly launched #NoBros, our all-women's gym, and in the last six months, we've expanded our facilities over 2,500 square feet. Join us in a supportive environment that values community, alongside fantastic neighboring businesses.
Staffed Desk Hours
Monday - Friday 9am - 9pm
Saturday and Sunday 11am - 7pm

#Nobros is our all-women's facility, where we provide ample space and top-notch equipment to help you achieve your fitness goals. Join us for invigorating Zumba sessions or relax and recharge with our weekly yoga class. (classes are $10 per session paid directly to instructors) Whether you're looking to break a sweat or find your inner peace, we have something for everyone! To get started, just visit one of our team members at Flynn Fitness during our staffed desk hours, and we will get you on your way to your goal!
